Event Title, Description & Image

Let people know exactly what your event is by adding its title and a detailed description of up to 1000 characters. Then click the Upload Photo button and add a photo from your local files or camera roll.

Then if your event is listed elsewehere such as Facebook or Eventbrite you can copy and paste that link as well.

When Is Your Event Happening?

Let everyone know when the event is happening. We need you to include the Start Date & Time but whether you also include the End Date & Time is up to you. It might be useful though!

Start Date, Start Time

End Date, End Time - For short events it's not necessary to add these but it might be useful

Select one of our categories from the drop-down list below so people know a bit more about your event.

Where Is Your Event Happening?

People are going to need to know where your event is taking place so complete the full address and postcode below. By including the postcode we will also be able to provide a link which people can click to see your location on Google Maps.

How Much Does Your Event Cost To Enter? Or Is It Free?

Many events are free to enter and if that is the case just leave the box below ticked. If there are any entry fees, untick the box and enter pricing information in simple text, e.g. £5 for adults, free for kids under 12.

Additional Features About Your Event

Complete these fields to let people know a little bit more about your event. These fields are also included in the event search facility on the website so complete them to increase visibility.

We need you to complete these fields so people are able to get in touch with you with any further questions about your event. It will also be useful for our team at What's On Thanet in case we have any questions of further information.
